pins that don’t fit into the home/fashion/travel categories~

FAQs
What made you start using Pinterest?
I started using Pinterest around middle school to look up crafts, memes, or help my mom find a new recipe. Then in high school, I started to use it more because I was looking for a visually engaging way to organize and collect inspiration for various aspects of my life. Whether it’s room decor ideas, fashion inspo, travel destinations, or creative projects, Pinterest offers so much content curated by people with similar interests. I found the application to be not only a great resource for discovering new ideas but also a convenient tool for saving and organizing them in a way that’s aesthetically appealing and easy to access.
How often do you update your boards?
I would say I scroll on Pinterest at least twice a week. I typically don’t scroll for more than 30 minutes at a time and sometimes will be watching a show while on the app.
Have you noticed any trends or patterns in the types of pins you save or the boards you create?
Yes definitely! Using Pinterest has made me realize that I have a specific taste in certain areas. For example, in my interior decor board I have been saving images that have an “earthy” color palette. Because of this realization, I decorated my freshman year dorm room using this color palette and I absolutely loved the result.
Do you use Pinterest primarily on desktop or mobile devices, and does this impact how you create your boards?
I primarily go on Pinterest on my phone just because I always have my phone on me, unlike my laptop. However, I do go on Pinterest on my laptop quite a bit, as I like to see everything on a bigger screen.
