Favorite Concerts
Tyler Creator is hands down the most engaging performance I've ever seen. I may be a little biased, as he is one of my favorite artists, but believe me, if you were in the crowd you would understand. His concert in Atlanta had electrifying energy and unparalleled stage presence. From the moment he stepped onto the stage, Tyler's charisma and passion for his music filled the venue, captivating everyone, including me. His seamless blend of hip-hop, rap, and experimental sounds created an immersive experience that had me dancing and singing along all night. The setlist was thoughtfully curated, showcasing a mix of his iconic hits and tracks from his latest album, keeping the crowd engaged and entertained from start to finish. The dynamic visuals and production elements added another layer of excitement to the performance, enhancing the overall atmosphere of the concert. Tyler's interaction with the audience was genuine and heartfelt, making you feel like you were sharing a moment with him rather than just being a spectator.
Another performance I was captivated by was Joji's concert in Atlanta. I found it to be a deeply emotional and immersive experience. Joji's soulful vocals and heartfelt lyrics draws a crowd, especially with the visuals in the background. His performance was intimate yet powerful, with each song evoking a range of emotions. I was swaying and singing along with the crowd; there was definitely a sense of unity and connection. Being in his presence, you can tell how genuine, sincere, and vulnerable he tries to be. While his music is more melancholy, he loves to crack jokes. There was one part of the concert where he was casually playing Super Smash Bros.
A Concert I Want to Go to
If I had to pick an artist to attend their concert, I think I'd be most eager to experience Coldplay live. From what I've seen, they create such a transformative and uplifting atmosphere through their music. Coldplay's emotional lyrics, combined with their dynamic instrumentals and amazing visual effects, seems like it promises a captivating live experience like no other. I would love to listen to the iconic hits like "Yellow," "Fix You," and "Viva La Vida." Coldplay is also a universally loved artist so the crowd energy would be insane, but in a good way.

Tyler's authenticity is why I admire him the most. His willingness to express himself honestly and unapologetically, both in his music and public persona, inspires me. Tyler's musical versatility and innovation continue to impress me as well. From his early days in Odd Future to his solo career, he has continuously pushed the boundaries of hip-hop and music as a whole, experimenting with diverse genres to create original sounds. His creative visions also make him a unique artist. His commitment to fostering creativity and community through projects like Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival and Golf Wang reflects his genuine desire to create spaces where people can come together and celebrate their passions.
TV Girl has a unique blend of dreamy indie-pop, nostalgic samples, and witty lyricism. Their music is a perfect fusion of catchy melodies and clever wordplay which gets me hooked. Whether I'm in the mood for a more upbeat tune to dance to or a track to stare at the wall to, TV Girl always delivers, offering a perfect soundtrack for every mood and moment. I also enjoy TV Girl's aesthetic, as it is almost retro-inspired but makes me feel safe at the same time.
My dad is the one who put me onto alternative rock which I'm forever grateful for because it's one of those genres that I don't think I'll ever get sick of. The Smashing Pumpkins' music possesses a timeless quality that will resonate with you on a deep emotional level. Their songs have a way of speaking directly to your soul but providing nostalgia at the same time. Typically, I get bored of songs quickly, but I can listen to their songs any day.
Beabadoobee is one artist that I will never forget, as she is someone whose music I found through attending another artist's concert. She didn't have much of a following at the time, but seeing her stage presence that day at Clairo's concert instantly made me want to explore more of her music. She is another type of artist whose aesthetic is something I love. Her music has a range of melancholy and upbeat alternative rock tunes, which to me is a perfect mix.
